Paclitaxel

Paclitaxel is a chemotherapy drug derived from the bark of one kind of yew tree. It is given on its own or mixed with other drugs, most commonly for breast cancer, ovarian cancer or non small cell lung cancer. Like other chemotherapy drugs, Paclitaxel has a range of side effects which could be caused by the treatment.
