There are actually rather few spots where you can get first-hand information on the topic of terminal illness. www.justtopnotch.com is one of them, especially desinged to give helpful advice to the ill person as well as to people caring an ill person. Most time the caring person forgets about himself, a fatal error. Think about it: Only a vigorous and healthy person has enough reserves to help others. It is no egoism at all to take care of oneself first and then help the other (Don´t take this wrong: They instruct parents in the airplane to put on the oxygen mask first and then put it on your child - this applies also to those situations!).
